3. Please keep the original package and the label attached to the box for 30 days.

Customers should meet the following terms:

-Our returns policy covers 30 days. If 30 days has passed since the time of your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
-Please note that the platform had charged the buyer 5% transaction fee, if the buyer wants to return the goods for a refund for personal reasons, the refund we will give you will be 5% less.
-You are responsible for covering shipping costs when returning your item for personal reason. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

*Returns for personal reasons: Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging, otherwise, you may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please note all return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

*For defective items within the warranty period but beyond the 30-day return period: We recommend retaining the original packaging. If you no longer have it, you shall cover relevant packaging costs. If you refuse to cover packaging costs, you may be charged a 20% fee.

*If you buy our watch winder with fingerprint lock, please delete your fingerprint before sending it back.

 

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if you find fault with the goods you must advise us within 3 days of receipt of goods.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your item(s). Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.

 

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Please send an email to support@dukwinwatchwinders.com to request cancellation. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.  

*Note: If the buyer cancels the order arbitrarily, please note that the platform Shopify will charge a 5% transaction fee, so this transaction fee will be deducted from your payment and your refund will be reduced by 5%. 

*Important Notice: Orders paid with tips or gift cards are non-cancellable under any circumstances.

We typically process orders within 1- 3 business days. If the order has been shipped, we cannot accept a cancellation request.

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first of all, double check your bank account and ensure it is the same one used for purchase.
Following this, contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.

- The color shipped will be selected randomly from the color options listed on the product page at the time of fulfillment.
- No specific color requests can be accommodated for this option at the time of purchase.

- If you wish to exchange or return due to personal preference of the received color, you may request a color change to one of our available standard colors. 
However, you will be responsible for:

DUKWIN 9+4 Fingerprint Watch Winder information

  • This upscale 9-slot automatic watch winder from Dukwin comes with extra built-in storage for 4 more watches, housed in an elegant stylish piano-gloss with tempered glass cover. Featuring fingerprint unlock(Set it to store up to 20 fingerprints or set it it to open with any fingerprint or just disable it completely), onboard LCD panel and handy remote control, it brings premium secure storage and flexible winding adjustment in one piece.
  • Powered by ultra-quiet Mabuchi motors with anti-magnetic structure, each winding spindle supports customizable TPD and three rotation directions: clockwise, counter-clockwise or alternating bidirectional spin. It runs on intermittent gentle cyclic rotation instead of nonstop spinning to effectively avoid overwinding and protect your watch movements. The machine cycles automatically with preset working resting periods for stable, balanced winding.
  • When powered on, the rotor runs a fixed active phase of 1 minute and 15 seconds to complete 10 winding turns, then enters a rest interval. The rest duration per subcycle is calculated based on your preset Turns Per Day (TPD): lower TPD leads to longer idle pause while higher TPD shortens the break. Three configurable daily runtime cycles are available for flexible scheduling:
    24/0 Mode: The winder continuously repeats the short run-rest subcycle for the full 24 hours every day. It only pauses briefly inside each subcycle and never has a long full-day machine-wide standby break.
    12/12 Mode: It loops subcycles non-stop for 12 hours, then powers down entirely for a full 12-hour rest before restarting the next daily cycle.
    8/16 Mode: It runs repeated subcycles for 8 active hours, then enters full 16-hour standby until the next round begins.
    The rotor repeats this active-rest looping silently according to your selected daily cycle setting until the winder is manually switched off.

Fingerprint Unlock: Our new upgraded watch winders have built-in fingerprint unlocking, improving unlock security. The fingerprint sensor can set up 20 fingerprint users(2 administrators and 18 user accounts).

Individually Program Rotor: 9 Individually programmable rotors

LCD and Remote Control: All information on the watch winder modes is shown. The touchscreen option and Remote Control make the setup process much easier.

Variable Rotation Settings: Turns-Per-Day range from 300 to 2300. 

Quiet Motors: Adopt Japanese Mabuchi motors, extremely quiet running. The noise is less than 5db, which is completely negligible. Never worry about disturbing you.

Anti-magnetization: The internal motor adopts a closed design which can separate it from watches so that watches can not be magnetized and influence the time.

Winding Modes

Direction: clockwise/counter clockwise/clockwise+counter clockwise

TPD Calculation Method: 10 turns per cycle

24-hour mode operating cycle (minutes) =1440/ (TPD/10 turns);

12-hour mode operating cycle (minutes) =1440/ (TPD/10 turns) /2;

8-hour mode operating cycle (minutes) =1440/ (TPD/10 turns) /3;

e.g: TPD set to 650, clockwise, 24 hours mode. Then the running period (minutes) =22.2, that is, each cycle is 22.2 minutes.

Cycle execution: the time required for the motor to rotate clockwise 10 times + the motor stop time = 22.2 minutes. In the 12 (8 hours) working mode, the cycle runs for 12 (8 hours) hours and then stops; stops for 12 (16 hours) hours, and then restarts the cycle.

Note:

There is no magic number of rotations that will wind your watch. Things such as how active you are, how many complications your watch has, how frequently you use the chronograph function, how frequently you wear your watch, the watch make, how long it has been since it was last serviced and a host of other variables will impact what your watch requires to stay wound. And a watch winder won't wind a watch that is fully stopped. So, you need to manually wind the timepiece to get it running first. You will have to make this determination by trying the various settings.

Love my watch winders. Need a solution for my wife’s smaller sized Rolex watches. The inserts are perfect for my man sized watches but her smaller sized watches don’t fit well. Other than than that we love the winders. The fingerprint programming in English is not clear. The online videos need an English speaking person.

Love my new watch winder! My old one was not of very good quality. The watch holders were chaffing and screws were coming out of the case from who knows where, so after purchasing a Rolex Submariner and a Rado Captain Cook to my collection (along with a Tag Heuer Monaco, Breitling SuperOcean Heritage and an Omega Speedmaster (moon watch professional) I had to upgrade to something premium and the Dukwin Fingerprint Lock with 9 watch winders and 4 holders is perfect!

This 9 watch winder really amazed me! As soon as I opened the package, the exquisite appearance design attracted me. Its display screen is clear and concise, and various parameters are clear at a glance. It can accurately set the watch mode and time, and the operation is super convenient. When the built-in light is on, the watches in the entire watch box are shining, which is not only convenient to take, but also adds a sense of luxury. Moreover, it has sufficient storage space.
